4 whole wings brined for 24 hours, then slow smoked with our signature BBQ seasoning, then flash fried and tossed in our secret blend of Sweet Heat dry rub for the perfect balance of smoky, crispy and spicy-sweet flavor. Served with celery and your choice of dipping sauce.
Smoked Brisket Nachos
House cut tortilla chips fried and piled high with smoked brisket, Barrel queso, house pickled jalapenos & red onions, fire-roasted smoked salsa, crumbled cotija cheese, chipotle crema and fresh cilantro.
House Cut Chislic
7oz of hand cut prime USDA beef seasoned and grilled to your desired temp. Served with Texas toast and your choice of dipping sauce.
